  6. Prize will consist of a 1 x Reticello Glass Heart made by Janusz Pozniak // Value $325.00 (Cash equivalent in lieu of prize will not be offered)

  7. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries

  9. Shipping is paid for by Janusz Pozniak, regardless of location.

  10. Winner will be chosen on Feb.14th

  11. Winner will be chosen by a Random Number Generator utilizing orders numbers from Feb. 2026. Active yearly membership order numbers are included in this.
